The Coaching Process
An executive coach with over twenty years experience supporting corporate executives on the path to success.

The individual is making an investment in the corporation, and the corporation is making an investment in the individual. Providing the support of an Executive Coach can be the difference between an executive that is merely effective and one that can maximize their potential in a way that pays substantial benefits to both the corporation and the individual. The Executive Coaching program includes a three stage process:

Step 1- Information and Awareness:  through interview and coaching sessions supplemented with assessment tools and, if desired, data from peers and subordinates, the executive gains an understanding of how to maximize potential within the corporate environment.

Step 2-Development Planning:  development of a personal plan is a key process for the executive to take ownership of the actions required to maximize potential for greater success.  Together, the executive and the coach develop the strategies and tactics for development.

Step 3-Plan Implementation:  coaching an executive through the implementation of the plan assures the results will be achieved as new skills become "second nature."

This hands-on, results-oriented program draws on established methods for learning and change, including Edgar H. Schein's work on Career Management, Kouzes and Posner's work on Leadership, Daniel Goleman's work on Emotional Intelligence, and David Merrill's work in Social Styles, Gallup's work on strengths, the Enneagram Institutes work on personality integration, as well as adult learning. This integrative program has a proven track record of success in helping executives achieve their professional goals within the corporate environment.
