ABOUT Carol Aloisi

Ms. Aloisi began her career as an executive coach after recognizing a corporate need to help executives achieve their full potential and successfully navigate increasingly complex corporate cultures. By 1994 she formed her own executive coaching and training firm.
Her experience includes over a decade of human resource management experience before moving into sales and marketing for a major healthcare company.  There she held several positions of increasing responsibility before being named General Manager of a profitable global diagnostic and pharmaceutical business unit.  Her responsibilities included management of product development, commercial development, manufacturing, marketing and quality assurance. Ms. Aloisi received her M.B.A. from Rutgers, the State University. 

She brings to her clients the added value of having had extensive line management experience combined with an expertise in people management.  For over 20 years she has been helping individuals and corporations achieve their potential through executive coaching, skill assessment, team building, and leadership development.
